Not sure juicing is for me

So, me and two of my daughters decide we were going to do the JOE CROSS Fat Sick and Nearly Dead juicing thing for at least 3 days. We bought over $100 worth of fruits and veggies and made the first days worth of juice for my oldest daughter to take with her. She got sicker than a dog! She said she felt like she threw up her life! Hence, maybe for health reasons we will change that to replacing one meal a day.
